Landen Lake Pediatrics Information

Landen Lake Pediatrics is a small, community-based practice that takes pride in being on a first-name basis with our patients and their families. We'll soon be a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means our team is committed to providing high quality, accessible, coordinated and patient-centered care to ensure the best for your child. Here's what you can expect: Quality Care Your child will receive high quality, evidence-based care at both well and sick visits. Our board-certified pediatricians aim to support and engage our patients and families to help them understand and play a significant role in their health management. Accessibility We're here when you need us, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and on Saturday mornings. Our staff is available for advice or to make same-day sick appointments during these times. After hours, one of the physicians is always on call and can be reached by dialing our main number. Your call will be automatically forwarded to our answering service. You can also reach us through our online Patient Portal, and find disease- and symptom-specific information on our website. Coordination We strive to help coordinate your child's care across multiple settings. We'll work with you to facilitate care from specialty providers, mental health providers, home health services and hospital emergency departments to help ensure that your child receives integrated and coordinated care. Patient-CenteredCare We aim to place our patients first. We'll work with you to help you understand your child's condition to enable you, in collaboration with our team, to make appropriate decisions about your child's care.
