Lancast Urethane Information

Lancast Urethane is a manufacturer of both stock and custom cast polyurethane products with over 15 years of expertise in the industry. Our capabilities include the use of a 15' long x 5' wide heated pouring table and large temperature equalized curing oven which means we can manufacture properly cured large sheets and bars to your specifications and truly produce urethane with correct properties. Lancast operates out of a modern 44,000 square foot facility and has complete in-house engineering, design, CNC and manual machining capabilities. We can create molds, hobbs, inserts, and finish machined components, whatever it takes to work with you from concept to a finished product. We can do small runs of 1 or 2 parts to hundreds of parts, call us for your polyurethane applications.
