The mother company of Laminatech ; Sude Artificial Leather Co. has been producing and exporting PU and PVC based artificial leather to garment , slippery and upholstery sectors to all around Europe and Middle East since 1976 in Gaziantep. As of 2001 Sude made a new investment and added a hot melt lamination to its machine park for making technical fabrics that is rapidly growing in Europe and United States. We receive technical, material and know-how support from our partner company Porvair. Our fabrics are durable to machine wash and dry-cleaning. With this technology our product range is: • Technical Lamination: Laminating all kinds of special membranes to any kind of fabric so that the fabric will gain the characteristic of the membrane; formation of "cold weather fabric". Cold weather fabric is a combination of garment make -up and design, comfort, fit, seams sealed and insulation (to prevent) the loss of body heat by wind and cold, radiation, convection, conduction or evaporation in order to keep the wearer warm and dry in even the harshest winter conditions or while doing strenuous activity. Performance waterproof - breathable laminated fabrics incorporated into the garment design, including performance fibres, fabrics and finishes - protection to further increase performance. • Fabric to Fabric Lamination: Laminating all kind of fabric to fabric for outerwear garment manufacturers. This can be done 2-ply or 3-ply fabrics. • Interlining: Manufacturing stretch ( Tricot / jersey ) interlining to be used with knit and woven fabrics especially wovens with lyrca. There are 5 different weights of interlining type to be used in blouses, dresses, light jackets. They are durable to washing and dry cleaning.
