I thought the driver made eye contact with me to confirm I was okay to cross, so I proceeded (I did have the right of way). The car pulled out right in front of me and flipped me sideways. I hit the left driver door with my head and left a dent in the door. I tried dealing with ICBC myself and found of the process extremely frustrating.
