Lambeau was founded by Cameron and Cecily Schwab. The Lambeau approach, whilst using strategic, decisional and coaching frameworks, respects the uniqueness of different organisations and teams, particularly current context, capability and structure, as well as future aspirations. Consistent with the co-design philosophy, and maintaining a very hands-on approach, Lambeau accesses organisations and individuals whose expertise aligns with the specific challenge of the client's engagement, be that strategic, organisational or coaching. This includes experts with excellent track record in financial modelling, legal, strategy, branding, organisational behaviour, coaching and facilitation.
