Project Management: Formation of and collaboration with a team of professionals, including architects, designers, and engineers for the design and construction of a project. The service includes project scheduling and coordination of contracts for all sub-contractors prior to and during the construction period. Consulting: Development of plans and specifications in response to the concerns of the owner and / or the tenant. This includes the analysis and evaluation of architectural needs with all professionals involved, including architects, designers, engineers in conformation with the National Building Code of Canada (N.B.C.), and municipal regulations.
