LAM a r c h i t e c t s designs with sustainable focus 'Living Environments' for people: mostly buildings and 'green settings'. our design focus is on the comfort and well-being of the user and the connection with their natural and social environment. We love to create the perfect place around them. We embrace the nature of materials and find inspiration in natural principles. We find fresh solutions for traditional problems. Our architecture also rises from the land, enhancing, connecting to, and at times repairing the (natural) landscape. Our buildings are like shelters that blur the line between indoors and out through spaces that expand beyond their walls to form outdoor rooms. Spaces between and around the buildings are as important as the buildings themselves. Our design process seeks contextual cues at many levels, from a neighbourhood to the region. We design with an open mind and from the local intrinsic parameters Environmental issues are always central to our design approach. By employing sustainable strategies, we design architecture that conserves energy and natural resources, while creating high performance buildings and healthy built environments Our goal is to stitch together fragments—to mend, connect, and make more vibrant, healthy and liveable building and communities.
