Lakeview Engineering Information

We are a small family owned and operated business located in Far North Queensland selling cut to length metals and associated metalworking accessories/supplies. We are also a CNC equipped machine shop that mainly deals with prototyping, one off and small production run type jobs. Our focus is providing top grade service with a fast turnaround. The owners/operators of Lakeview Engineering are both bachelor degree qualified engineers. We have experience with heavy industry, boiler, turbine and water treatment maintenance and operations. Lakeview Engineering developed into its current presence because of the difficulty of finding cut to length materials for a reasonable price as well as the difficulty of finding a machine shop that would take on small jobs and prototyping work. We now operate the metal sales and machining business full time but still take on engineering contract consulting work from time to time. We are working on several projects and hope to launch the new products soon. The first to be launched will be a small scale seawater Reverse Osmosis plant (watermaker) suitable for yachts and power boats.
