LARJP's mission is to Foster a Healthy Community through Restorative Justice Practices. Our goals are to enable those victimized to express their feelings about the impact of the harmful behavior, to get answers to questions regarding the incident and to have an active voice in the outcome. In addition, we help offenders to understand the true impact of their actions on the victim(s), their family(s), and their community. In doing so, we hold offenders accountable for the harm they have caused in a direct and timely manner by involving and engaging the community in finding solutions to behaviors that cause harm.
