Lafferty Communities Information

Lafferty Communities is a private family-owned company with sound financial backing. Our appreciation of the homebuilding craft can be seen throughout our communities with enhanced exterior architecture on the homes, our streetscapes, parks and other amenities. Merged with our appreciation for quality is a clear grasp of how to balance technology and creativity with solid value. We understand that the design and construction of a community can contribute to individual well-being. That’s why Lafferty Communities features customizing options, flexible spaces and recreational amenities that contribute to a style of living that’s healthier, more social and more active. Home is personal for us too. Everyone at Lafferty Communities takes personal pride in creating inspired living environments with value-added residences that are handcrafted, just for you. Rick and the entire Lafferty Communities team took a personal interest in the devastation and loss resulting from the Tubbs fires in Santa Rosa in 2017. Rick put together a team of engineers, architects, landscapers, contractors and was able to successfully rebuild over 80 homes destroyed in the fire providing families the opportunity to continue to live in the community they love.
