We assist companies with creation, development, implementation, and management of strategic sourcing programs, diversity programs, prequalification of vendors/ subcontractors, certified payrolls, monthly payment submissions, and a variety of reporting compliances. We have helped our clients to achieve savings ranging from 12% - 46% across existing portfolios. We then work with them to maintain their costs to minimal increases (5% average year on year). Lady Builder works with Government and Municipal clients to provide management services and material procurement which includes, but is not limited to, roofing products, cabinets, countertops, toilet partitions, mailboxes, lockers, markerboards, plumbing & electrical fixtures, signage and door hardware.
