The LaDuca Law Firm has a history of success extending to New York's highest Court. We are litigators and we have successfully tried many cases, most recently (in 2004) we were awarded a record verdict in Wayne County for an injured motorcyclist. Although most of our practice is concentrated in all counties surrounding Rochester, New York (Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Wayne, Genesee) we have successfully represented clients in many jurisdictions both in New York and outside of New York. John LaDuca has been successfully trying cases since 1968. Anthony LaDuca has practiced in civil litigation for over 10 years and been successful in both trials and settlements. Having ability and a history of success at trial gives the LaDuca Law Firm credibility to both defense attorneys and insurance adjusters. That experience is one of the many components that help us get our clients full value for their injuries and losses. Why you need a litigator? Although very few cases ever go to trial, it is invaluable to the client that they have an attorney that can try their case and has been successful.
