Ladder Information

Ladder is a mental wellness app that tracks how behaviors, emotions, and thoughts impact well-being. Users build habits with an activity tracker, develop self-awareness with a CBT-based digital journal, and receive actionable insights powered by data. We’re designed like a continuous self-study, where n=1 (the user). Ladder then solves for x, where x = the users mental wellness goals. Our mission is to empower individuals with a personalized approach to mental health that promotes self-efficacy and awareness. We integrate psychology, intelligent data, and our community to help people live healthier, happier lives.
