Company President Harry Posin leads an executive team of building industry professionals who have worked together for over 30 years. Mr. Posin formerly held the positions of Executive Vice President and President of Minto Communities and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian-based parent company, Minto Developments, Inc. Together, the LABEL & CO. executive team has built over 20,000 residences in for-sale and rental communities across South Florida. That includes single-family homes in all price ranges up to over a million dollars, multi family home developments, high-rise developments and large-scale master-planned communities. LABEL & CO.'s current project, Sky Cove of Westlake is located in Florida's newest city, Westlake, in Palm Beach county. Sky Cove is a gated community of 204, 3 - 5 bedroom, single-family homes. Ten floor plans are offered and 6 furnished models are open daily. All Sky Cove homes include up to $20,000 of extras like impact glass, quartz countertops and oversized kitchen islands. Prices start in the low $300s.
