It is said that all great things starts as something small. The year was 2009 when Sven Dahlin got the idea after a discussion with his friends. The topic was what colour you had on your socks. To change something that is common and bring it to a more colourful everyday life was already then a target. Sven Dahlin was still in high school and chose to design socks and then sell it to a local retailer in Luleå, Sweden. Now three years later, Sven and his friends in their journey successfully submitted a magical blend of brightly coloured socks. Three years is quite a long time in most companies, but we at LÅ Socks believe the result has been worth waiting for. We believe that not only the look of the sock is important but we also spent much time in search of good quality and comfort, to create something special just for you. We are currently three people named Sven Dahlin, Sebastian Norrsken and Joel Andersson who runs LÅ Socks on to even more fun and comfortable socks. We are also fully confident that we will change the world to a more fun place and life for everyone that is wearing our socks out there, worldwide. The socks are woven in a Lonati machine which is the leading brand if you want a sock with high quality. The cotton that is used in the socks is combed before the weaving to make it softer. Then you sew together the sock by hand to get a smooth closing and not an edge at the toe that chafe. Finally, we have choose to silicone wash the socks to make it as soft and comfortable as possible. All this makes the first time you will be testing a pair from LÅ Socks you will barely feel that you have a sock on the foot. Therefore we can say that LÅ Socks has some of the world’s most comfortable socks with amazing quality. Our socks are woven in a factory that stands just outside Istanbul. We ourselves have been in place for the factory to see and discuss the entire production process and make sure everything is done under normal working conditions.
