La Prosciutteria is een Italiaanse vers groothandel. Opgericht in 2010 met eigen kantoor in Trieste Italië, koopt vooral bij ambachtelijke familiebedrijven. Duurzaam en authentiek en een “fare share” in de supply chain vinden wij essentieel. Niet alles is biologisch maar wel doordacht en met respect voor de leefomgeving, diversiteit en natuur. Wekelijks ontvangen wij allerlei verse authentieke foodproducten van topkwaliteit in ons pand in Abcoude. Wij hebben passie voor eten en drinken en zoeken daarin de waardevolle connectie met onze partners voor langdurige samenwerkingen.
