Finca La Donaira is a working organic farm, equestrian centre, and discreet eco-retreat set in the mountains of Andalucía, southern Spain. Located on 700 hectares in the Serranía de Ronda, it is a place shaped by the rhythms of the land and the people who care for it. From gardens and vineyards to stables and open pastures, every aspect reflects a deep respect for biodiversity, a commitment to regeneration, and a slower, more intentional way of living. Guided by biodynamic and permaculture principles, the farm is part of a landscape in renewal — bringing life back to the soil while reimagining how we live alongside nature. Seasonal ingredients are harvested just steps from the kitchen, animals move freely as part of a balanced ecosystem, and a collection of Signature Experiences — from natural horsemanship to nature-inspired wellness —deepens the connection between guests and the land. With just nine rooms, the stay is personal, immersive, and quietly transformative.
