The small family chain was founded in 2003 by husband and wife, Pierre and Karen Heroux and is currently operated by The Heroux Family. The 4 full service restaurants are committed to providing all guests with a quality dining experience in a relaxed and casual environment. Food is served in a creative manner containing fresh, handcrafted ingredients, uniquely prepared in the kitchens of each store. We are founded on the principle that you deserve quick access to healthy, fast, and delicious food at a convenient location. So, in 2015 we launched our own food truck from where we serve the highest quality, freshly cooked crepes right before your eyes. We can be found at several local farmer’s markets or we can be pre-booked to attend your preferred location. We’re often just a short drive away! What Makes Our Crepes So Special? A crepe is the French version of pancakes and as one novelist once said, “...they form an exquisite dish. They have a golden hue and are tempting to eat.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves!
