In the commercial construction market, L4 specializes in building facilities and complexes for various commercial industries including: automotive and industrial, hospitality and recreational, retail and special use, manufacturing, food processing and handling, multi-unit apartment buildings and transportation related facilities. Capabilities include general construction, project management and specialized heavy concrete, steel and precast with strict adherences to sanitary construction. L4 services all phases of construction including site selection, design/engineering, estimating, construction and project maintenance with experience on projects ranging from as small as $30,000 to $300 million.
