KYMIA is a Sicilian biotech startup turning pistachio hull, an agricultural by-product from Bronte, into a patented, clinically proven cosmetic ingredient. We source the hull from local farmers and transform it into a high-performance active for skincare brands, formulation labs and CDMOs, with nutraceutical and food applications in development. Founded in Bronte by Arianna Campione and Anna Cacopardo. The name comes from "alchimia": turning something apparently worthless into something precious.
