About 50 years ago, with the beginning of the urban and economic renaissance and after the independence of the State of Kuwait, the Kuwaiti engineers realized their need for a professional association concerned with their affairs and country affairs. The famous decision was issued on November 20, 1962 to establish the Kuwaiti Society of Engineers, and it was the first public benefit society in Kuwait.
