Having run restaurants ourselves we know full well the journey from a paper diary to digital. Initially, our thoughts were that our Paper Diary "wasn't broke, so why fix it?" The main reason for moving to a digital platform was to stop wasting time answering phones or worse, missing calls! Within months of changing we fully started to understand the benefits and more importantly, eliminate the issues a paper diary was causing our restaurant. As well as this solution we have created a marketplace of diners which will be a fairer, more accessible and affordable solution to the current solutions on offer.
