• Prepare manpower recruiting plan according to company needs & based on group strategic plans. • Implement Saudization plan for group. • Generate all orientation & training activities in group is scheduled according to group training plan, ensure that activities take place in effective & timely manner. * Composed and organized policies & procedures, job descriptions, employment contracts and relevant formats. * Established contacts, negotiated and concluded contracts with international recruiters and local manpower suppliers and accounted for all block visas and revenue therein. * Maintained a fully automated and linked system for all the above. The system is capable of controlling with maximum accuracy all aspects of HRD and statistics thereat from receipt of the requirements to production of the employee and employee's personnel file and history thereafter. • Conduct wages & benefits community survey in group least once a year to evaluate group rank among its in industry community. • Manage & monitor the regular performance evaluation process in group • Ensure that all job descriptions are maintained updated & system is monitored regularly. • Cooperate with other departments in group resolving personal work related problems. • Monitor & implement medical plan according to group policy. • Oversee the social insurance affairs in effective & timely manner. • Oversee the reception & security personal. This includes work allocation, training, problem resolving, performance evaluation, & disciplinary actions. • Manage all the administration works in group including leaves, personal files, disciplinary actions, transportation, all types of settlement, terminations resignations and loans. • Generate on timely manner all the HR related regular reports in group. • Perform any additional related duties and / or special HR / administration projects might be requested in line with the group needs & requirements.
