Kumar Dialysis LLC was established in 2006 and offers in-center hemodialysis and home dialysis services. Kumar Dialysis Florence is our latest state-of-the-art facility. We have the capacity to dialyze 90 in-center hemodialysis patients per week and our facility includes an in-center hemodialysis isolation station. We offer a comprehensive state approved Home Dialysis Training Program for Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemodialysis. Our physicians have privileges at multiple community hospitals, which enables them to provide continued care to their patients during hospital admissions. We have an established contract with the local hospitals to administer hemodialysis to patients who are admitted. Our dietitians are readily available to assist patients with dietary recommendations and modifications specific to individual needs. Our Social Workers assist patients with the arrangements of insurance coverage, transportation, and comprehensive psychosocial needs. We include the patient and family in the treatment and care planning process with the Interdisciplinary Team.
