Kult-Turist-ITH Ltd. Information

Since its foundation in 1990 Kult-Turist-ITH has been working as an events and program organization and tour operator agency with a stable financial background. Relying on its wide-spread network of partners both locally and regionally the agency has staged a number of successful cultural events and put together countless specially designed theme programs in the region. It has worked on projects in the private and public sector, for Hungarian and non-Hungarian organizations and businesses alike. Its list of references ranges from full-scale planning and implementation of professional conferences and seminars to tailor-made study tours and field-trips for traveling groups. Kult-Turist-ITH specializes in a unique segment of tourism organizing cultural study tours in Hungary and neighboring Central and Eastern European countries. Over the past years we have put together programs for U.S. academic professors on Hungarian architecture; for German clergymen on local ecclesiastic architecture; for an English-speaking audience on organ construction; for Finnish college students on environmental protection (and fauna and flora); for German literature fans on Hungarian literature (with reference to our Nobel price winner writer) etc. Regarding U.S. partners, we have been in active contact with the U.S.-based non-profit education agency Road Scholar and its legal predecessor since our foundation. Each year we work on a number of programs serving their clients. Another partner of ours was the travel agency called Cross Culture and the Friendship Ambassador’s Foundation. We have had contacts in Japan and New Zealand and have been worked with various non-profit organizations, foundations, universities and cultural institutions, adult education centers, cultural institutions etc.
