Kula Yoga Studios Information

’Kula, ’ which means, ’community’ or ’family’ in Sanskrit is where one chooses to place his or her heart. ’Community’ is at the core of our philosophy, as we believe the gift of relationship enables us to learn more about ourselves and the world around us. The studios are a unique expression of the communities in which they reside, and they are dedicated centres for yoga, health and wellness. While our classes celebrate diversity, our teachers are united by a lifelong devotion to practice, education and self-discovery. We offer a variety of yoga styles including Hot Yoga, Anusara-Inspired, Ashtanga, Baptiste Power Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal, Mom and Baby, Kids and Teen Yoga. We take great care to ensure our facilities use an abundance of natural resources in order to provide healthy, conscious and inspired spaces.
