KTL Information

KTL is a daily game for couples who are apart. Two people, one private world, six sends a day. You can never spend energy on yourself — only on them. There are no leaderboards, no ads, and no third seat: a world holds exactly two, permanently. IF YOU WORK WITH COUPLES We built it so it can work as homework between sessions. • One prompt a day, which should be easier to sustain than a worksheet. • Both answers seal until both are in, so neither partner can perform — for each other or for you. • The archive is exportable, so a couple can arrive with four weeks of what they actually said rather than what they remember saying. • The mechanics assume distance rather than treating it as a special case: queued sends, timezone-aware reminders, and freezes for the weeks that fell apart. WHAT IT IS NOT KTL is not therapy, not a crisis service, and stores no clinical data. There are no assessments, no scoring of the relationship, and no practitioner dashboard. You get whatever the couple chooses to show you, which we think is the right amount. If a couple is in crisis, this is not the tool. WHERE WE ARE Pre-launch and in closed beta, run by two people who are themselves in different timezones. Nobody outside the beta has used it, and nobody is using it as between-session homework yet.
