K&T Chem-Dry Information

Established in 1982: K&T Chem-Dry is a local, family-run company that has provided carpet cleaning to residents and businesses of Northern Illinois for 35 years. In fact, we've been in business long enough to clean for the children of our first customers and that's something we really take pride in. It's great to know that our customers keep coming back and recommending us! The franchise was first purchased in 1982 by owner Tim Dodaro Sr. Today it is run by Tim, his son Tim Jr. and his daughter Carrie Dodaro and operates out of Joliet, IL. Additional locations include New Lenox and Mokena. Tim Jr. oversees our staff includes four trained technicians and four vans able to serve our service area across South DuPage, South Cook and Will County, while Carrie manages our office and scheduling. It's a real family effort and we work great together! K&T Chem-Dry cleaning services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, pet urine odor removal, water damage restoration and commercial services. We love to "wow" our customers with our service, attention to detail and ultimately the amazing results that the Chem-Dry carpet cleaning service delivers.
