KSH Management is the brainchild of Kirsty Stanley Hughes who has an impressive 13 years experience at Moët Hennessy. As Event Manager/Chef Liaison, she masterminded glamorous dinners, social events and launches for top brands such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon and Krug, as well as Hennessy cognac, Belvedere vodka and the LVMH wines portfolio. Kirsty's own consultancy took off in 2009 when she was approached by two Michelin-starred chefs to handle their private events and consultancies. 'The Pack' has grown to include some of this country's finest chefs, and while the majority are based in and around London, their different styles encompass cuisine throughout the world.
