Attorneys Jessica M. Kramer, Leslie Elkins and Nicholas C. Watt formed Kramer, Elkins and Watt, LLC, or KEW (pronounced "cue") for short, because we were tired of the legal profession's inability to adapt to change and break out of the past millennia. We are efficient and approachable and have embraced technology to help us break the mold of a traditional law firm. We provide representation to new and established businesses in Wisconsin and Illinois, focusing our practice on entity formation, business consultation, contract drafting and review, employment audits and consultation, trademark/copyright consultation and landlord law including lease drafting and evictions. We have litigated dozens of trials and use this experience to represent individuals and businesses in need of litigation services in areas such as employment discrimination, breach of contract, personal injury, professional malpractice, defamation and more. We also represent individuals with family law needs such as divorce, custody issues and marital property agreements.
