As such, we assume responsibility for managing complex IT productions, offering a complete service portfolio – ranging from consulting and conception to migration, service and operations to user training through our certified Implementation Manager. Service Management made by Kramer & Crew Since the founding of Kramer & Crew, our focus has been on Service Management, which we map in its entire complexity and process depth across various integration levels. Together with our own Crew, we have developed a comprehensive portfolio of intelligent CrewServices, which we direct ourselves with special care and personal onsite attention. Own Crew with twofold competence The guarantee for the quality of our CrewServices is our Crew, which is largely composed of certified business consultants and engineers with extensive project experience. Crew ServiceBox – proactive real-time monitoring With CrewSupport and/or the CrewOperations of the applications and their digital IT infrastructure, our customers profit//benefit from the exclusive features of our proactive real-time monitoring, integrated in our proprietarily developed Crew Service-Box. With highly automated processes, we currently monitor about 600,000* operating parameters – from the basic infrastructure to SAP HANA platforms – via our Crew ServiceDesk.
