Icelandic Water Holdings was established in April 2004 by a group of private investors and with an experienced management team, they have developed a world-class, NSF-certified bottling plant and a multi award-winning product under the Icelandic Glacial brand.
The company has been exporting Icelandic Glacial to consumers around the world since 2005. In the United States, it is distributed by Anheuser-Busch, which took a 20% ownership stake in the company in July 2007. Since that time, Icelandic Glacial has become one of the fastest growing premium bottled waters in the US. It is available at fine retailers, restaurants and hotels nationwide. In addition, Icelandic Glacial is available in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Russia, Canada, Peru, Singapore, South Korea, China and of course Iceland.
