KP Audit is a specialist provider of audit services to firms and funds within the investment management industry. Established in 2005, we have built a talented team with careful recruitment from the largest audit firms and specialist training of graduates to provide an expert and efficient audit service tailored to our clients. We operate from two locations, London and the Cayman Islands, with partners and staff in both offices. Our clients are primarily UK investment firms and UK and offshore investment funds, but we also work with asset backed securities issuers in London and captive issuers in Cayman. We believe that our approach to offshore fund audit is unique in that we operate across the offices as one firm working with fund administrators across the globe. We have gained an excellent reputation for the quality and efficiency of our service, which is key to our success. Our audit clients comprise approximately 150 investment funds in various jurisdictions, both offshore (primarily the Cayman Islands but also the British Virgin Islands and Delaware) and onshore in the UK, and 60 UK investment managers, brokers and advisers, primarily operating in London. Our Cayman entity, Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP, became an independent member firm of Moore Stephens International Limited in January 2016.
