For more than 162 years Melbourne’s Kozminsky has attracted admirers from all over the world, drawn by the truly unique experience and eclectic range of jewellery, art and objet d’art. Artists, actors and prime ministers have been known to drop in, including Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cher, Elton John, Brett Whiteley, Barry Humphries, Linda Evangelista, Imran Khan and, not forgetting the politicians, Robert Menzies, Harold Holt, Malcolm Fraser, Paul Keating, et. al. Established by Simon Kozminsky, a Polish immigrant, at the start of the Victorian gold rush, it is now Victoria’s oldest registered business and Australia’s oldest jeweller.
