We are deeply committed to creating exceptional food that meets the highest standards of kashrut in accordance with the Orthodox Union (OU) and the Union of Orthodox Synagogues (UOS). Spanning over 20,000 sqft our dedicated state of the art, chef-led kitchen facility is equipped with the latest technologies to produce over 2000 meals a day, always maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Kosher Arabia is a joint venture business between Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) and CCL Holdings founded by Ross Kriel.
