Since 2016, we've built three complementary capabilities: AI Agents that automate complex, knowledge-heavy workflows across tax, recruitment, insurance and operations, built on our own AI Agent Framework. An ML platform powering predictive models such as Renewal Propensity, Best Time to Contact, Next Best Vehicle and EV Propensity, used by automotive finance lenders to lift renewal and engagement rates. AI Video Personalisation that generates one-to-one video at scale, turning standard customer touchpoints into conversion moments. We work with Deloitte, KPMG, Santander Consumer UK, Hyundai Capital UK, Honda and Charlotte Tilbury, pairing deep ML engineering with a pragmatic, outcome-led approach so enterprise teams move from pilot to production faster. Kortical is different as it is built with transparency and control, where the code is editable vs hidden behind a UI. Some of the unique tools are, scoring the model improvement when you build new features before you build the model, explainability on DNN for NLP back into text and app hosting for easy scalable ML solutions.
