After over 2 years of patent development the company was founded on July 5th 2010 by Jutta and Oliver Kormann. Shortly after the foundation of the company the austrian government and the federal state of Salzburg supported the project KORMARAN through the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The company was also supported by Peter Daniell Porsche, who became a partner at the end of the year 2012. The philosophy of KORMARAN is bringing together the values of high-class design, most exact precision and high-quality craftsmanship, leading to absolute perfection in every detail in styling, design, materials and technology. Furthermore social responsibility is taken for sustainability in nature, culture and of course for employees and their families. This engagement was awarded in 2014 with a certification by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth.
