Château Minuty is a 200-hectare wine estate located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula. Nestled between land and sea, the vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, and the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Minuty is, above all, a family adventure – one of passion, values, and the transmission of unique artisanal know- how and a deep respect for the land. For four generations, the men and women at Minuty have brought the know-how and expertise derived from a rich family heritage to life by producing rosés, whites and reds, emblematic of the Côtes de Provence. Château des Charmes was founded in 1978 by Paul Bosc, a fifth-generation French winegrower. Paul and his young family arrived in Niagara in the 1960s with the idea that growing our own grapes was the best way to make fine wine. More than ever, we believe in this Estate Winery model and we make our wine only from grapes we’ve grown ourselves. We believe we are custodians of the land. From the beginning, we have been committed to using sustainable practices and are charter members of Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario.

LE CHATEAU SAINT-MAUR NOUS LIVRE, TOUT SIMPLEMENT, UN MAGNIFIQUE REFLET DE SON TERROIR. Situé à Cogolin, à 10 km de Saint-Tropez, à l’ouest de la plaine reliant les contreforts de l’impressionnant massif des Maures à la mer, au loin, au sommet de sa colline, les vestiges du château de Grimaud. Protégé du mistral au nord et à l’ouest par le massif des Maures, mais bien ventilé, le vignoble jouit dans sa totalité d’une exposition est-ouest. A l’abri des vents mais bénéficiant d’une douce influence maritime qui tempère les fortes chaleurs estivales, il s’étend sur 100 hectares dont 60 sont actuellement exploités. Le Château Saint-Maur est doté d’un tout nouveau chai haute technologie. Situé face au château historique, ce chai d’œuvre s’intègre parfaitement au paysage et impressionne par la perfection de son architecture. Ce chai nouvelle génération constitue un atout majeur pour renforcer le positionnement qualitatif des vins. Déjà propriétaire de la prestigieuse Quinta de Pessegueiro dans le Douro depuis 1991, Roger Zannier acquiert le Château Saint-Maur en 2011 avec la ferme intention de le ramener au plus haut niveau de qualité. Il confie à son gendre, Marc Monrose, l’homme en charge du portefeuille vinicole de la famille, les rênes du domaine, ce dernier est sans nul doute l’artisan de la renaissance du cru.
