Founded back in 1969, Kootenia Homes has withstood the test of time thanks to our devotion to total customization and personalization of all our homes. Over the years, we have designed and built some of the most exceptional homes in Afton, Grant, Lake Elmo, North Oaks, Stillwater, Woodbury, and all over the East Metro area. Kootenia Homes boasts an incredible staff with decades of construction and design knowledge and experience to better assist you during the construction from start to finish. We utilize a cloud-based management system that allows you to see: your schedule, change orders, selections, progress photos, and more. Kootenia Homes is on its second generation of ownership with the current owner, David Frosch, staring in 1983. In 2014, a second generation of the Frosch family joined the team. Growing up in the business, Steven Frosch became the Vice President of Construction Management. He finds his role challenging but says it is all worth it when he can deliver a new home to a client.
