We identify the appropriate partnership type (Ecosystem partners, VARs, System Integrators, CSPs, Product Partnerships) based on various parameters like customer persona, ARR per customer, stickiness, industry, geography and many others. We will be hands on our approach towards reaching your goal. Apart from creating the partner program, defining the potential partner channel after doing deep research and consultations with relevant stakeholders, we work with your team to recruit the partners. Beyond adding partners, we will / teach your team to build relationship with the partners, generate pipeline and achieve the targeted revenue. We will do everything in between from the first conversation to generate revenue from partners.
