Komunomo is a social media startup headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. The name “Komunomo” is derived from the Esperanto word “komunumo”, which means community. Communities represent the “backbone” of our platform – each one is dedicated to a specific interest (like gardening, graphic design, literature etc) and it reunites people with a common passion, so they can generate and exchange information & share their experiences. Our motto is “For a more relevant tomorrow”. That’s what we want to give to our users: a relevant online place, where they can cultivate their interests, expand their horizons and network with others who are into the same things. We know everyone has different needs. That’s why we’re developing various widgets, so anyone can create the ideal community, and organize the information as he/she sees fit.
