Komodo International Corporation is a tableware and home goods trading and distribution company based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1990 as Kedaung Group’s distribution arm for North America, Komodo has grown into a key subsidiary in the Group’s export chain to the American market. Initially established as a gateway to import and distribute Kedaung products into the United States, Komodo has grown into a trusted tableware and home goods distributor with the executional capacity to handle large-scale orders from some of the largest retailers in the United States. Leveraging Group synergies, Komodo combines its local expertise and logistics facilities with the Group’s global distribution network to provide customers with a reliable and efficient link between global sourcing and local execution. This includes collaborations with sister companies such as Forincorp in Hong Kong and Kedaung Europe in the Czech Republic, facilitating procurement and logistics across China and Europe. Komodo operates a 76,000 Sq ft (7,060 Sq m) warehousing and logistics facility strategically located in Compton, less than 3 miles from the Port of Long Beach and with easy access to the Port of Los Angeles. Equipped with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities, the logistics facility provides integrated warehousing and distribution services, including electronic supply chain integration, inventory control, and the ability to prepare goods according to retail merchandising requirements. Komodo has a product portfolio of over 900 product items across homeware, kitchenware, tableware, home decor, and cleaning products which are distributed through both direct-to-distributor and direct-to-retailer channels. Today, more than 95% of Komodo’s client accounts are with Fortune 500 companies, including major membership clubs, supermarkets, mass merchants, and discount stores such as Costco, Walmart, Target, Dollar General, and many others.
