We currently have two spaces available: Suite 500: 2.3 MW of power in 15,641 SF (10,409 SF available now and 5,232 contiguous available Q4 2014) Suite 380: 350 kW of power in 2,327 SF This is a built out data center with a 125 kVA UPS available February 1st KOMO Plaza is the only business community in the Northwest that combines Class A office, data center, and retail space with world class communications and media services. Plaza East is a five story 194,239 RSF building completed in June 2000. It has four 1.5 MW generators providing N+1 to 4 data center/co-lo facilities and 14 telecomm carriers It has three chillers providing 900 tons of cooling to back up its normal outside air economizer systems It has its own water well for backup cooling water, 30,000 gallons of diesel fuel Plaza West is a six story 99,488 RSF building completed in March 2003. It has three 2 MW and two 2.25 MW generators providing N+1 to 8 data centers It has three 920 ton chillers for 1,840 tons of N+1 cooling to back up outside air economizer systems It has its own water well and 45,000 gallons of diesel fuel
