Kome Care is an independent, nurse-led and CQC-registered home care provider supporting people across London. Complex care is at the heart of what we do. We provide safe, personalised care at home with clinical oversight, carefully matched care teams and a strong focus on continuity. Our services include complex care, personal care, dementia care, live-in and overnight care, hospital discharge support, respite care, palliative and end-of-life care, autism support and learning disability support. Founded by registered nurse Debora Kiladejo, Kome Care combines clinical governance with personal, accountable care. Our aim is to help people remain safe, independent and well supported in their own homes. We support individuals and families directly and work with professional referrers including case managers, commissioners, discharge teams, social workers and other health and care professionals.
