We are 10x thinkers and reality shifters, building futures in the moment. At Codewave, we collapse the distance between intention and outcome, creating extreme-value innovation through human-centric design and AI — not in increments, but by shifting realities instantly.
We combine AI, design, strategy, and technology to create immediate impact, turning ideas into realities as they happen. Our work is audacious, human-centric, and outcomes-first — because your business doesn’t wait, and neither do we.
Our clients don’t just adopt AI — they choose new realities, immersive experiences, self-optimizing systems, and exponential outcomes without the friction of slow roadmaps or pilots.
Codewave is also a culture pioneer, the only Indian tech company recognized for scaling autonomy and self-management. Here, everyone is a creator.
Everyone is a builder.
We operate in clusters that buzz like social networks, empowering small teams to ship big, with radical transparency and empathy. No hierarchies. No redtape. Just human ingenuity and possibilities realized in real time.
Ultimate Coders is a Canadian network of 18 coding, robotics and AI centres for children aged 5 to 18. Founded in 2018, we've taught more than 6,500 students across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
Our position is straightforward. Generative AI has made writing code dramatically easier, and it has not made understanding code less important. What is getting scarcer — and what employers now say they cannot find — is the person who can judge whether a generated solution is correct, debug what the machine got wrong, and take responsibility for what ships.
So we teach children to direct the work rather than compete with the tooling. And unlike most of our category, we publish exactly how much AI students use at each age:
· Ages 5–7 (Junior Thinker): no AI tools. Physical robotics, circuits and logic, deliberately screen-light.
· Ages 7–14 (Junior AI Creator): a 13-level progression from block coding through Python and web development to a student's own AI project. Students solve problems themselves before comparing with AI, and from the middle levels onward must be able to explain any line of code they did not write.
· Ages 14–18 (Ultimate Innovator): full professional workflow including machine learning, AI-assisted development and deployment, alongside code review and debugging.
Every project is reviewed by a human instructor against a written rubric. If a student cannot explain their code, it isn't finished.
We work with families, schools and community partners, and we franchise to operators who want to build a serious education business.
