Founded by acclaimed developer Bebo Kobo and led by a team of real estate professionals with a proven track record of success. We are part of the same group of people who had owned, developed and operated iconic properties such as Europe's 2nd largest tourist attraction and world famous Camden Market, Stables Market, and Camden Lock Developments - prior to its sale in 2014 of $680 million. In addition, our founder Bebo Kobo, was the sole investor and visionary developer of the Opa Locka Flea Market in Miami, Florida acknowledged by the House of Representatives for outstanding development and the creation of thousands of jobs in Hialeah, Florida. Our team had also developed projects in Belgium such as the Diamond Exchange Building, Shopping Arcade and Hotel, as well as further projects in the United Kingdom. With a strong strategic approach to new developments and opportunities and over $1.4 billion of developed assets as of 31st August 2019, we continue to enhance our reputation for consistently delivering market-leading projects.
