Koallah Farm Information

Our on-farm abattoir was commissioned in November 2014 and is now fully operational and open for business. The facility expands on our existing boning, butchering and packing operations, which commenced in 2009, to now provide customers with a full suite of beef and lamb processing services. Koallah Farm is focused on service delivery and facilitating access to market for other primary producers, butchers, hobbyists and artisans. We welcome and enjoy working with all beef and lamb growers who want to have their own animals processed, either for home or business. We also operate two Simply Free Range butchers shops in Mt Waverley and Rosanna where our free range, grass-fed beef and lamb is available.
