Knowsley CVS provides leadership to the voluntary, community, social enterprise & faith sector to influence social growth in Knowsley. Our ambition is for the Knowsley Social Sector to be a viable, key participant in our local Social Growth agenda & to grow the contribution, value and impact of the Social Sector to the local economy. We work with all the Knowsley community; those who live, work & invest in the borough. We connect – using our communications channels, forums, local knowledge & access to regional and national resources providing opportunities for joint working, economies of scale, ingenious solutions & operational efficiencies. We support – using the expertise within the team & its associates, through individual advice, training, on line resources & events, providing bespoke support from start up to organisational growth. We influence – using our local knowledge gained by working alongside the VCSFE community KCVS informs & influences the policy environment maximising opportunities for the VCFSE community to be an integral part of service delivery across the borough.
