Established in 1976, the Knowles Group is a privately-owned group of companies with particular interests in aged care, retirement living and property. The Group has proven development expertise to source and execute property opportunities and in-house construction ability to enable cost effective building. Property: Our property investments span office, retail, industrial and residential markets. Aged Care: Wholly owned by the Knowles Group, Arcare is one of Australia’s most innovative aged care providers and one of the largest privately held aged care owners and operators. Arcare operates over 4,900 residential aged care beds across 60 locations in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT. Retirement Living: Our retirement living business, Sencia, currently has three operating villages in Point Lonsdale, the Hunter Valley and Lisarow. We have a fourth under development in south-east Victoria.
