Knowledge Exchange Platform (KEP) was launched on 26th February, 2015 by Shri P.K. Sinha, Secretary, Ministry of Power, Government of India in the presence of Shri R.N. Choubey, Special Secretary, Ministry of Power, Dr. Ajay Mathur, Director General, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Shri Satish Kumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power and more than 400 distinguished speakers, eminent industry leaders and experts spanning industry, government agencies, research institutions and senior Industry professionals. The purpose of KEP is to promote exchange of best practices and technologies within and across the industry sectors covered under PAT. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for collaboration in managing and operationalizing KEP was also signed between Bureau of Energy Efficiency and Institute for Industrial Productivity India at the launch event.
